Well, there's 2 ways (that I know of, at least):

First, go to the video you want. On the right hand side, where it shows the info and all that, click the text that says "More...". Once you do that, it will have a box that says "URL". Copy that link, go to this site, paste the link in the text field, and click download. That's about it.

Next up, if you're using Firefox, you can download a PlugIn called "Download Helper". You can download it here. Once you download and install that, go to the video on YouTube that you want to download. You'll notice an icon at the top of the browser, which consist of red, blue, and yellow orbs moving in a circular motion. Click that, then click on whatever the name of the movie is, and the download should start.

The PlugIn is so much easier and way less time consuming, if you ask me.
