all music is just something from another genre anyway so when people say "oh i hate rap"
they have to think some of the music they listen to probably originated from rap anyway
i think everyone should respect other peoples music because its just the polite thing to do

RAP sucks in my opinion. I'm not saying that it sucks, i just hate it. Some of it is good, the stuff that has MEANING, not the trash "im gonna hump you all night long" or uh... "kill your wife, i got shot in the teeth!!!"...it gives out a bad image for kids.

rock is my kind of music. im more into the death metal though...like him...then i like MCR, The used, Green DAy, Nirvana, and some poppy rock like GC, n Simple Plan...I like everything...

Only rap I have respect for is probably freestyle, just because that does take talent to throw those lyrics out so fast and the pressure of having a crowd either booing you or cheering you on is immense. But if you are just writing the lyrics ahead of time shit you could put out some decent rap lyrics given 24 hours.
