believe it or not, other countries(such as japan) has even a greater tolerance than we do. we're lying to ourselves by saying we're the most tolerant country in the world these days.

Being transgendered doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.
Exactly. Having a sense of compassion for other human beings doesn't either. duh.
That wasn't the point of this post. The point was, America keeps drawing the line further and further. Everything is "acceptable". Why is that?
Because as long as it doesnt hurt anyone else, whos to tell others how to live?
Once again, not the point. I'm not telling them, or anyone else how to live. I am simply asking, where does America draw the line? I appreciate that America is so open minded, but I think that we also have no boundaries. And knowing human nature, people will take it too far.

Where the fuck are you getting that idea? Since when is America accepting of school shootings and acts of terrorism?

Accepting as in, there's always a reason, an excuse. People can avoid jail time if they plead as "mentally ill". He had a reason. He was crazy, etc. etc. Accepting as in, the blame never seems to fall on the individual himself. It falls on society, his parents, how he was treated. In that case, I simply think that people should be condemned and get many years, or the death penalty. None of this "insanity" stuff.

um... pedophiles? they have the death sentence for them in some states, don't they?
Some states still have the death penalty, but they dont ever use it. and no, most pedophiles are released after a few years imprisonment.
shit... ok america has no limits xx so what about baby murderers?
yeah murders are punished decently usually. A baby killer would get life in prison most likely. There are alot of dangerous people who are let off too easy though.
that's it, i'm never going to america
