If she's not using you, you have to see if either of you are willing to move. I would talk to ur best friend's and/or family and see what they say cause they know you better than anyone here.

If you don't make her decide for herself who she truly wants to be with, it's only going to be rough for you. The same issues with her boyfriend will most likely repeat when she's with you. Then she'll go behind your back with some other guy and the whole cycle repeats. This is all theoretical of course, but it's a possibility you should consider.

Don't let your current emotions clog your decision. All you probably want right now is to be with her, but you have to think ahead. There are consequences that you may not see now, but that doesn't mean it won't happen in the future. Anyway, good luck man. You're going to need it. It's not easy putting aside your feelings and doing the "right" thing.
