right, im puttin on weight im about 9 stoneish, i want to lose weight because im not used to being big im not sayin im fat i just dont like this extra weight usually im about 8 or 8 1/2 ish. can anyone help with losing weight i dont want to starve, or be sick because i like eating food, ive tryed healthy eatting.

If you're eating healthily and exercising regularly and you're still gaining weight, you may be simply eating too much. Try counting your calories for a few days.

edit: And bear in mind you're probably still growing.

if you are 9 stone then its only have a stone you want to lose weigh yourself in the morning before you have eaten and you probably the 8 and a half you were before cuz you put weight on when you eat it and through out the day you lose it and then when you wake up you should be the same as you were before or maybe a little less depending on how much exercise you've done and how much you ate.

Just cut back on any extra junk food you may be eating, and go for a walk if you've not had much exercise over the summer.

Ummmm...

No. You can either increase exercise, cut back on what you're eating or changing what you're eating, or do both.

In no way does anyway have to make themselves throw up, starve themselves or workout 5 times a day to lose half a stone.

When I was just a little over weight i quit drinking soda and eating pretty much any kind of junk food and I started lifting and running more and since then I've gained about 55 pounds of muscle and slimed way down.

(I was a little over weight in 6th grade and now I'm in 11th)
