patience. i had bad acne in like 7th-9th grade, then it stared fading. now it's basically gone.

I mean... if you have the money to do so, go see a dermatologist and get prescription acne medication. It works like a charm. But there is topical stuff that really works, it's called Retin-A. You probably have to have a prescription but it is worth it.

Dermatologists are a joke. Apple cider vinegar, taken interally and externally is one of the best treatments. period Go to acne.org. People give tons of feedback and ratings on different treatments.
An imbalanced diet is the root cause of your acne. Plain and simple.
Go back 50 years. Very, very few teens had acne compared to today. People back then also didnt eat a diet of sugar, candy bars, hamburger helper, plastic cheese, trans fat grease, fatty snacks, fried foods, sugar, soda pop, and chemical pumped burgers.
