Okay so. During the summer I went on a horrid sleeping schedule, where I'd be up from 3-6AM, and sleep until 12-1-2PM. I've been trying to get to bed by at least 12, 1 at the latest.
i'm feeling extremely lethargic, always tired, even thinking about THINKING about eating food makes me want to vomit half the time so anytime I have an appetite I have to eat a lot. I constantly feel like my blood sugar is low.
are these normal signs of sleep deprivation? and how long would you say it would take to fully adjust to a new sleeping schedule?
