I feel completely happy then quickly snap and freak and dont want to talk to anyone i do this frequently..every few months i just get depressed for no known reason im just said and sometimes(im a person who hates crying) just cry and cry for hours..
i feel stupid cause so many people are worse off than me..but i feel like trust anyone like im paranoid that im gonna get screwed over..i go in in out of happy and sad/angry

anyone know what's wrong?
