A) Reported speech

1. Mrs. Miller said, "we are going to spend our summer holiday in Cornwall.
= Mrs. Miller said that they were going to spend their summer holiday in Cornwall.

2. The newspaper report said, "last week Hurricane George destroyed lots of houses".
= The newspaper said that the week before Hurricane George had destroyed lots of houses.

3. Sally complained, "my sister always uses my T-shirts without asking me first. I think this is annoying.
= Sally complained that her sister always used her T-shirts without asking her first. She thought it was annoying.

B) IF- clauses

1. If Peter had worked harder he........a better mark. (get)
= If peter had worked harder he would have gotten a better mark

Those are numbers i have problem with.

But I don't really get what you have to do in B.
