Pick which is worse. feed my anger

What is worse:
Parents who aren't married split up because the man has an affair with a woman. This happens to the kid at the age of four.

OR

growing up with schizophrenia, developing depression over it and having parents divorce because of dad having an affair. This happens to the kid at the age of 16
