I'm in year 12 my last year of school and we have our formal or prom coming up. I really want to ask this girl out but her bestbest friend(I don't really want to go with her) really likes me and has already asked me to go out with her. I know that it will be really arkward with the both if I go ahead and ask the girl I like.
So
Would it be cool to still go ahead and ask the girl I like or should I just go for the sure thing or give up and ask a random girl?
You could try and get someone else to ask the girl who likes you.

oh damn I have been buzzing all my friends for help but yeh that is brilliant. Hopefully I can find some for her quick as cause she is kinda posseive.
i don't know because if you do ask her out, you could be destroying her and her best friends friendship but if you don't then you will feel you missed out, i say you should but make sure they don't fall out over it, she may say no because her mate likes you though, so she'll feel bad for her mate
