Not too long ago I had a scare... hell.. I'm still scared. My girlfriend "may" be pregnant.. test came up negative but can't be 100% until she is closer to her period. The condom didn't break but it may have leaked...

I was talking to a really good friend about it he said that he will take the condom, unroll it, and blow in it while checking for any damage. I can see how this would work.. but I can see how it would cause some problems.  

So what do you think about this? I've never tried it.. never heard of it until like.. yesterday.. Do you think that this could cause problems? Problems getting it on after it's already been unrolled? Any other problems?  

Help would be nice.. if my girlfriend isn't pregnant then I want to do everything possible to make sure that she doesn't become pregnant.

Edit: My friend is like a sex addict.. so he has tried a lot of things with a lot of different girls.. Usually he has pretty good advice.. but this one seems a bit out there...

I'm trying to find ways to be safer.. I know noting is 100%  safe... unless you count abstinence.

Why doesn't your girl go on the pill?  
It sounds like you two are in quite a serious committed relationship, and if she was on the pill + a condom surely that's got a 100% guarantee?

First off.. I know someone with a child now.. she was on the pill and using a condom. Not 100%

Second off... She was actually going to start taking the pill last Sunday.. but that's when this whole thing started. We haven't even thought of sex in a while..

And third.. if she isn't pregnant then I'm waiting until she gets on the pill before anything.
