workout? i do like 30 Min's but i never want to stop but i feel like if i kept going, it would be unhealthy. and i don't mean going up to an hour, i mean like 2-3 hrs.

I work out around 30 minutes-2 hours on weekends.

And about 15 minutes a day on abs and cardio.

Eh. Whenever I feel like it. I'm a very active/mobile person, so I don't really have pure exercise time much, except for morning walks, but I do get it in other ways.

i run cross country, indoor, and outdoor track, so i do a crapload of running. bout an hour a day during the season to save my knees at an average of a 5:50 mile pace (that's my average pace, not my fastest/slowest pace)

then we do like pushups/situps only 5 minutes each with different techniques n crap
