i need SERIOUS help, guys, i'm begging!

she just took 20 pills, but i'm unsure of their kind. she says noone cares for her, or ANYTHING. my best friend is hysterical and knows nothing to do, and i need something to keep her mom from doing something worse.  

she has threatenned to use a gun, and take the rest of teh bottle. I say there's 20 more in teh bottle. I'm terrified, please help!!
