i just got a blue bar and realize i want my big avatar.
so if i donate a bit of points to someone to and it brings me under the amount need for executive level, will i lose the blue bar?

yea, you would end up below the blue bar.

Your number of points above the Executive level needs to exceed your reward points.
ie: If you have 100 reward points, you would need at least 3100 points to stay at Executive.
