I was sitting in the car waiting for my mom to come out of the store and this old fat bald guy leaving the store keeps looking over at me and i look back to see why he's staring so hard. so i ignore him for a while but then he slowly pulls up to the car im sitting in right behind and starts writing something down which i highly speculate was the license plate so i start honking the horn like a madman and he begins to leave the parking lot and i could only get the first three numbers of his license plate and memorized the make of the car. the incident left me extremely paranoid and pissed off. and my mom frequently goes to that store like at least two times a day and it makes me afraid that he'll follow her home and what not. what should i do?

How would he know who your moms is? Chill the fuck out and think this through. unless your family has one car, he is a regular, and has seen you two together what could go wrong? If you think it's so serious, which I can guarantee isn't, go to the police and just say what happened, how you feel, etc.

Rent a gun.
