Well, if this were ever to happen in one of my classes, I'd probably think something like, "Wow, girls have peeing accidents in college?" I wouldn't think that in a judgmental way, though, it'd be in a surprised way. Really, I think I'd enjoy the sight. Now, if I were in a position to be able to help her, I definitely would...even if by something small, such as choosing not to laugh or be disgusted. ...We all screw up sometime, somehow. If it happened to you, would you like people laughing at you?
