You have to convince yourself are not actually real?

For example, I sometimes dream I can walk again, and it seems so vivid and real that when I wake up, I wonder if it was a dream at all. To convince myself that it wasn't real, I have to get out of bed and attempt to stand, and when I end up falling on my face, then I know it was just a dream.

Yeah. I once dreamt that my bf died. When I woke up I started to panic. But then I got to talk to him that day.
