yes i am sure that in twenty years when your body and your mind begin to show the effects of your drug use you will still think that it "helped you stay focus in school". also, you will most absolutely see drugs as having been worth losing your good friends over. yes, you are making smart choices here. keep up the good work.

anyway, back to the topic. don't worry about the weed, it's a very basic drug, however the other drugs you have to have a hold on or they'll get a hold on you.
Coke and speed are high addictive, and yeah, it does make things seem better, but when it's completely out your control it's just not a feasible option really. your best friend is probably worried about you and doesn;t know how to approach the situation. Even if she is angry, she kind of has a right to be, your hurting yourself and in turn, probably hurting her.
