Drugs. Love is a simple hallucination of people thinking they care more about someone more than they do. So, DRUGS.

I hope by "love" you mean "dating"
Why?
Because to me, there's no bad part to "love". But if my "love" you mean "pursuing romance/dating", then that involves the dramas of falling for someone, hurting each other, attached to wrong people etc. And only then is it comparable to the pros and cons of drugs. Comparing actual love to drugs just sound like a defensive and bitter "fuck love, lets get high yeah!"
Actual love doesn't really turn out to be anything like the idealistic version of it. I'm talking about what "love" entails for most people, everything about it - loving someone so much you worry about them when they're doing stupid shit and it tears your heart apart, etc. Are you saying that isn't an aspect of love?
------- they won't see the fire You have lit inside of me. they look up to the stars and wonder where You might be.

Of course not. But I value worrying like that, or feeling like that person's shit (their own problems, and their bad effects on you) is a part of you that you have to live with and do the best for. It feels altruistic enough to not resent it (for me that's what love means anyway). With drugs, the bad parts would be like a debt to your well-being, a negative thing that requires a positive to make it even/neutral/okay. But with love, anything bad is in peace and goodwill. Does that make sense?
