It certainly can be if you make it be a part of your character, and subscribe to the collective accomplishments of whites.

However, I'd argue that it's meaningless to.  The actions of other whites in the past has no direct bearing on my own personal life.  It may have influenced where I am and whatnot, but that's nothing to be proud of for I have not personally taken in any part of that.  On the flip side, I'm not guilty for what whites have done to others in the past either, for I have not taken in any part of that.  I am what I am and nothing more.  I do not claim what is not personally mine or what I have not personally done.

I think under this particular definition:
"1.a high or inordinate opinion of one's own dignity, importance, merit, or superiority, whether as cherished in the mind or as displayed in bearing, conduct, etc."  one could definitely say they are proud of being who they are.
