Hi, I am doing a dissertation about computer/console game addiction and I have designed a 20 question questionnaire. I need to survey around 100 people but I want to target gamers or a typical online audience who have registered on an entertainment forum.

What is the best way to distribute my questionnaire among a selected online forum? Should I:

A) Upload my questionnaire in rich text format, ask people to download it, fill in it, then email it back to me? (many won't download it due to fear of viruses, or lack of motivation)

B) Create some kind of poll (not sure if it would be flexible enough)

C) Some way of allowing applicants to complete my questionnaire online (but how?)

Thanks for any help

If you know how to code you could build a form, if you can't i'm sure there are sites that can build and host questionnaires for you. Check google.
Do that and then advertise it in some gaming forums.

It's important to mention that once the questionnaires have been completed, that I find a good way to easily analyse the results. I'm thinking of using Excel for that but maybe a package can do that for me? I have had a quick look on Google and all these packages appear to cost. I am looking for a free alternative.

Pugolsfan the problem with your idea is people will miss out questions or not give answers in the correct format. Also it would be hard to pull these results together. I will keep searching on Google but if anyone has any other ideas, please share them with me :)
