I agree with you.
I'm a cashier and I seriously hate when customers get so bitchy for something that I can't control. For instance last night this lady was "Let me look at that receipt! There's no way I spent $60!" It's not my problem if you can't add. Customers get one bad apple then they treat every cashier they ever come in contact with like s***.
