I agree. I had another account on there years ago and it was so much easier to use. I made a new account recently and the new Neopets confuses the hell out of me. Go to your inventory, click on a food item, and a new pop-up sort of window will open. In it, there's a drop-down menu and then there's the option of feeding your neopet.

Click "Shops". A group of links will appear at the top of the new page. Its hidden away in there.
