I've know this guy for over a year. This school year we have been flirting alot. He just told me that he wanted to be with me. He's asked me if I liked him and I told him that I did. Then a few nights later, he asked me what he was to me. So I told him that he was definitely someone that I liked. Then he told me that he saw me as a close friend. But get this, just last night I told him about my ex calling me and he told me to tell my ex that I'm taken the next time he calls. I'm so confused. What is his deal?

hes just confused. but i would say he likes you. he just has issues with commitment. even on such a small degree.
Those are real answers hun.....when a guy teases you or looks at you all the time or touches you he probably like you....this guy though sounds like he really doesnt know what he wants....sounds like he maybe like you but doesnt want to have a closer relationship with you effect the friendship he has with you
