I know how that feels! Thankfully for me, these days, the opposite has been happening, and that's very rewarding :).
Who knows, maybe this could be added motivation to get out and do some exercise? It's sometimes hard to get motivated, but this could be one thing, and exercise really just makes me feel more lively sometimes :).
i hate that. i ran the other day & im gonna run tomorrow as well probably in the morning.
