I don't understand why you'd want to limit the power of the federal govt and hand it over to a state, whose residents may still find the said laws objectionable. Why not just let it be legal and let people have abortions as they please?

That seems to make so much sense. Wtf is the point of turning over Roe v. Wade?

So that power is evenly distributed to better represent the interest of people, yeah? So why not just hand it over to individuals to begin with. There's nothing to be gained from overturning roe v. wade, really.
