I say that because I live in the valley and have mansion parties and I don't create social contact through free means like frat/sorority agreements. New party memes that cover all of southern california originate from our parties, it's really safe for me to say anything your frat can throw would be boring compared to what we have. Have fun with it though, it's better than nothing, you paid your fee so you could have your lol social life and you got something out of it, congrats.
