I am angry almost 90% of the day. When I am happy, it takes just one wrong statement by someone or one wrong occurrence for me to lose my mind. It is uncontrollable. I hate everything.

I hate school.
I hate the people around me, the sluts, assholes and the know-it-alls.
I hate when people don't listen to me.
I hate when I am treated unfairly.

I do not know why I am so damn angry all of the time. People think I am nuts. I get violent thoughts because of my anger. I feel so stressed. No matter how hard I try to mitigate the anger, it always comes back with a vengeance.

I should maybe add that my anger isn't explosive, but it is still there. If I didn't suppress it like I do, I feel like I would have hurt someone by now.

Hate is one of the easiest things to control, because it takes so much effort to hate. Do you really hate everything, or just strongly have a dislike for it.
