I would suggest that you find another reason.  Cleanliness is the same regardless if you are cut or uncut.  It's called discipline and bathing.  A clean dick is a clean dick and it doesn't matter if it has a foreskin or not.  What you get with a circumcised penis is one that the skin become thicker and less sensitive.  I have seen several circumcisions on adult males and it's not a pretty sight.  Recovery is often painful for a couple of weeks and it takes months for the total healing process.  Erections during the healing process will bring stars to your eyes according to patients I have talked to.  It's one of the most unnecessary operations in existence.  Go to google and enter, "Foreskin stretching" and you will find some excellent links.

Ask her if she would have a female circumcision for you?  Ask her if she would have a boob job just for you.  Ask her if she would have vulva reconstruction just for you.

As long as you clean yourself on a daily basis, it actually isn't more hygenic to be snipped and in fact makes you slightly (a small, small amount) more susceptible to certain STI. And it may make sex more uncomfortable because the friction can be uncomfortable in some cases.

No, it doesn't "grow back". The skin has to be either stretched to fit back over the head or manually reconstructed using skin taken from other parts of the body.

In either case it would be a long and painful procedure/recovery and it would never be like it had been before. So no, it's not reversible.
