About 2 hours after it started an for bout the following 45min my head would hurt then i would get almost like a numb swollen feeling then a burning feeling an during this i would switch from feeling like i was extremly nervous to i felt like i was a second away from pucking.

At the end of the (school) day i could not for the life of me read anything on the board and i wear contacts an i just got a new persceription, but then about every 5 min my eyesite would shift sorta it would clear up but i wouldnt b able to foucus on the words then the words would get fuzzy.

So this kid in my glass started telling me stuff that could be wrong with my head and he thinks i have a tumor, so he told me that usually headaches and not being able to see was a sign of a tumore. I got so freaked out and still am, so i was wondering if what i just described could possible be a tumor???!!!!

Please if you can tell me anything that would be great cause im really trying not to freak out and over react.

Sadly, none of us will be able to tell you what it is. You should go to the doctor if these headaches persist. It could just be a really bad migraine, and can be cured with some excedrin, clear fluids, and a bunch of sleep!
