Like someone said in a previous post. It is not a baby. It has the potential to become a baby. But what if every fetus that has been aborted was going to die anyway? Then what?
So when does it become a baby? When does it gain the right to life?
Personally, I don't believe it becomes a person and should gain the right to life until it is born. Legally however it gains that right at 24 weeks when it becomes viable and abortions are no longer legal.
