my uncle and aunt hav 3 snakes, 4 dog, god knows how many cats, and god knows how many mice. there house is a shithole and it stinks.
all the dogs hav fleas. cats that need to go to the vets cuz they been in loads of territory fights there is one which is missing an eye and has an infection in hole where the eye should be.
I TOLD THE RSPCA BUT THEY WONT GO TO CHECK CUZ THE SAY I AM PRANKING THEM CUZ I AM UNDER 16 AND MY MUM DONT WANT TO SAY ANYTHING WAT SHOULD I DO????
I REALLY WANT TO HELP ALL THE ANIMALS THERE THEY DONT DESERVE TO TREATED LIKE THIS

You can put the complaint in anonymously.
I have done that many times.

You can also get someone older to call in.
Or ask to talk to a supervisor if they refuse to listen to you.
They are not supposed to do that.

does ur skool have sum kinda of animal club or sumthing along those lines? u could to the the leader of tht group and tell them wat is goin on and they may tell u how to solve it.. or u can just call the animal cops or animal control on them and they will come to the house and find them to clean the house up and get the pets checkd and then the cops or the animal control may come back every few weeks to make suer the conditions are liveable for the animals

That is pointless.
The UK does not have the same overpopulation problems as the US. The animals have a chance at finding a home.
If there are that many cats, many will most likely have to be put down anyhow.

Get another adult who you trust to call the RSPCA or why not go to a centre and ask them to come and see these animals. Take a friend with you too, cause it may show some sign of it not being a prank.
