Why make a contest like this? Makeup is ugly anyway, it will only encourage girls to not show their natural beauty...

It can actually be quite beautiful, if applied correctly (naturally) or worn to the right occassion (some just call for something a little more interesting). Just because many people suck at applying it doesnt make it ugly.
