I've always lived in the Midwest and I'd like to try somewhere else. I've been to Colorado and have really enjoyed it: I love the outdoors. I'm a rec and tourism major (yes I know! It's an actual major!) and the best place to go for jobs is the western U.S. It's almost unheard of that they actually get recreation majors out there. They're quite impressed when they do get one. I guess not many of their colleges offer that specific degree. I don't want to say Colorado's too "typical" but yet it kind of is. When people around here want to go on a ski trip or wherever, it always seems to be Colorado. I've been to Utah too--briefly. It's a nice state, and it doesn't have the damn humidity or three feet of snow in the winter like Minnesota has. Even though I've got a few years to decide, what do you think about Utah?
