Well, if they were educated, they would say because of the Electoral College. Obama has California and is very likely to get Ohio. And it's been known that who ever Ohio has picked has won in I forget how many elections. Based off the poles and other stuff, if it's 6% or less, it's not safe to assume. If it's nearer to 12%, you might be able to see a bit clearer.
