She's supposed to be here by 5, but it's almost 4 now, so we'll see...
But yeah, I'm going to make sure this roommate knows there is NO alcohol in the room and NO her boyfriend cannot stay every weekend, NO canoodling with other people while I'm in the room, and NO guys staying the night or spending time in here EVERY day of the week.

How am I being a bitch if I don't want a different guy staying the night every day of the week when I have to study?  How am I being a bitch if I don't want her boyfriend staying the night every weekend so I can have some time in there too?  How am I being a bitch if I don't want alcohol or drugs in the room (which is already prohibited anyways and if any is found in here then EVERYONE gets in trouble, not just the people using it, and I don't want to jeopardize my college career for them)?  How is that being a bitch if I don't want the having sex while I'm in the room?

My other roommate I let do this stuff and I found it pissed me off.  So I'm setting it straight at the beginning.

you could try to forge some rules from those grounds by talking to her also, i mean you dont want to completely say to her, you cannot do anything fun in this room, your college experience is going to suck.

I didn't say relationships and such were completely banned from the room, just not every night or evey day or every weekend.  Obviously there's going to be compromise, I'm just going to set it straight on how I feel at the beginning.
