According to The 100: A Ranking of the Most Influential Persons in History, he's the third most influential person in history. I think, though, that he should be higher than Newton. Muhammad is questionable, but if you go by sheer numbers, I think he still would have influenced more.
Its funny how that man who wrote that does not hold a degree in history or sociolgy or even psychology and yet he published that....
