Actually, they told me I had just had to add a little more advice to it, and every time I did, it was just never enough.

If you have been deliberately posting topics in the wrong forum, then shame on you. If you are too ignorant and lazy to figure out which forum your topics should be placed in, then why should the Moderators do more work to fix your laziness?
