It's really nice to hear that you have a good best friend. It's wonderful to see such a close friendship between a male and a female without it being romantic in any way. Don't listen to anyone who says that you should *hook up.* Don't get me wrong, if you guys really feel strongly for each other in that sense, I'm not telling you to ignore those feelings. However, it seems like you have such a strong relationship as it is and an attempt at a relationship can ruin everything. Just be careful. Make sure that you are moving at a pace in which you are *both* comfortable with. It's really hard to find such a good friend and you should consider yourself to be very fortunate and very lucky. Remember, sometimes a best friend relationship or brother-sister relationship can be much more fulfilling than even a romantic relationship. Just take things one day at a time and see where life takes you. Take care.
